The Scott Winters Future Filmmaker’s Fund

This scholarship was established in 2011 in memory of Lake Effects writer, actor, and friend Scott Winters.   

Scott Winters was a dear friend and the writer of "Lake Effects.  Scott lost his battle with cancer in July 2011.  The Fund has been founded to carry on the passion and talent for filmmaking that Scott embodied and will provide opportunity to young filmmakers with a dream.
